What Is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is a striking martial art from Thailand. It uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, with footwork, balance, and positioning forming an important part of the art.

Our Muay Thai program complements the grappling training offered in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You can explore striking, grappling, or both at FRBJJ Lake Nona.

What You’ll Work On

Striking fundamentals: Develop technique and control through practice.
Coordination and balance: Improve how you move, position yourself, and put movements together.
Conditioning: Stay active with training that challenges your fitness.
Focus and confidence: Learn new skills and build consistency with your coaches and teammates.
